A New Paradise

The land set aside by the United Nations as a safe haven for the thriving Neko population was an uninhabited island off the coast of Florida. It was close enough to civilization that it got all the modern amenities and it was also a prime fishing location. The Neko community are well known as master fisherwomen. A trip to the island of Nyaka Island is not complete without a stop at one of the beachside restaurants, where you can sample some of the best seafood on the planet. Many cruise ships stop at Nyaka’s docks to give the passengers a chance to try these dishes, as well as interact with a persecuted society just trying to survive.

While Neko’s may have their own island and government, many critics say that having them all be shipped off to that place is racist and uncouth. Countering that point, proponents of Neko isolation say that the moment they enter society is the moment that every member of that society fears for their lives as there are vampires amongst them.

We have, of course, discussed previously how Neko’s are born from the love between a Neko and a human male. But something neglected in the previous discussion was how women can also become Neko’s. Ingest the blood of Neko and a woman can become a Neko. It’s the same for males as well though.

Last time I mentioned that the difference between a tailless and a tailed Neko is unknown. But since the previous paper, there has been a new breakthrough in the understanding of Nekokind.

“There is a caste system, which is strictly regarded by the Neko’s.” Professor Jason Ashton of UCLA told me. “During my stay on the island, I was given access to some of the restricted areas where I found that those with only ears were the scholars and workers. These castes, you have to understand, aren’t as narrow as those in other countries, they’re quite broad. Those with only ears work. Those with ears and tails, meanwhile, are administrators. Some are calling them purebloods.”

He went on to explain the genetics behind all of this.

“Humans have blood types of course. It’s the same with Neko’s. If an A type Neko bites a human, A being a pure Neko, then the mix creates B. B only has the ears. B types who bite a human create another B type. There are those Neko’s that we call “super” types. This we designate as O blood. An O bites a human and creates an A. Only one case is known of an O type biting a human, though there are probably many cases not on file.”

Are Neko’s truly vampires and do they need to be quarantined?

“Contrary to popular belief, Neko’s do not find the closest male and turn him. As you’ve discussed, Neko’s see men as who they will become. I spoke to the governess of the island and she told me all about these perceptions. Not all humans are fit to become Neko’s. In fact, a very small percentage of the human population. She told me that on a walk through Miami she saw maybe two or three potential candidates, but otherwise saw no one of merit. She calls it conversion, not change. She says that if a human being would have more potential as a Neko, then why stop him from reaching that potential?”

There is only one known case of an O type as Professor Ashton discussed previously.

Case Two

Alex was on one of the aforementioned cruise ships, headed to the Bahamas. He was on the cruise with his mother and father; the trip a graduation present. The eighteen year old had just graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School with top marks and his parents, who would not see him as often as he was going to college out of state, wanted to have one last hurrah with him. The trip was going to last fourteen days. For Alex, it lasted a single day.

The ship arrived at Nyaka’s dock and Alex decided to head onto the island to grab a bite to eat while his parents enjoyed the spa onboard. Nyaka is divided into circular zones, so that the island looks to be divided like a dartboard. The outer ring is the “safe” zone, where nekos who have already found mates and are married work with the human population. The next ring is restricted to humans, as it is the working class ring. Here, a small economy has been built around the fishing and clothing community. The next ring is where the A types live, many of them managers in the previous ring, some working in logistics and government positions. And then the innermost ring is where the palace lay, inside of which lay the O types, of which there are only four known.

One was a young princess. She, like all O types and some A types, could speak English. B types speak a Neko dialect, a language humans can never speak, nor hope to understand. This princess saw Alex come off the ship as she sat in her room, watching the ship through her telescope. Of course, she saw Alex as a potential Neko and saw her as the most beautiful girl she’d ever seen. In fact, Alex would make an excellent member of the government, he looked smart and hard working.

She instantly ran from her room and escaped the palace, passing through the rings to get to the outer ring. She wore a long white dress and little heels. The first inner ring was surrounded by a fence so as to keep the humans out and keep the Neko population in. Nekos were only allowed to the outer ring when there were no humans about, otherwise, they kept to themselves. As a princess, the young girl, Lily, could get out of the fence at any time. The human guard on the other side of the door sighed upon seeing her, knowing something bad was going to happen. He let her through, if only to keep his job, and watched her cast off her heels to cross the sand to Alex.

He was on his way to a stall serving fish kebabs when she grabbed his arm. “Hey there!” She cried, her incisor poking from her mouth. “I came all the way from the palace to see you!”

Alex smiled. “Really? So you’re a princess or something?”

She grinned and nodded. “You’re really cute!”

Alex blushed and finally noticed her clinging to him. “I’ve never met a Neko before.”

“Really?” She laughed cutely. “We’re really nice people. I wish we could see more than just this island. I feel so secluded…and I never get to meet new people.”

“Don’t princesses get to see more than just the island? You’re royalty!”

She giggled. “To  my people. And how many of my people are anywhere else? People act like we’re a plague. It’s just that some people would be better off as Nekos.”

He noticed how she looked at him and jumped a little.

“I can’t be a Neko! My mom and dad are back there.” He pointed at the cruise ship. “I just graduated! I don’t want to lose that!”

“What are you going to college for?” Lily rubbed her face against his arm lovingly.

“G-government.”

Lily’s eyes lit up. “You’re perfect!” She dragged him to the fish stall. Inside, the woman at the grill bowed upon seeing Lily and allowed Lily to peruse her backroom.

“Hey, what the hell are you doing?” Alex tried to get out of her grasp but couldn’t do it. She slammed the backroom door and kissed him violently, sinking her tongue into his mouth.

And then she bit him.

The changes started almost immediately. His body shortened to five foot two. He slimmed down as well, his shoulders pushing together and his sides pinching together. His muscles disappeared and all fat moved itself either to his chest or his rear end. Every hair follicle disappeared from his body as well, even those atop his head. He was screaming inwardly, but he couldn’t speak on the outside. His stomach hardened and his breasts became exceptionally tender. His hips expanded with a violent crack and his manhood slipped inside of him, being replaced with a pair of lips. His legs became more shapely.

And then his face changed. The features became softer, his eyelashes grew out and his eyes turned pink. His lips became fuller and cuter while his nose became petite. His hair then grew, pink eyebrows and nearly shoulder length pink hair.

As her mind changed, her ears moved to the top of her head and became furry and pointed. Her tail then poked out of her lower back and curled up. Alex’s T-shirt became an orange tank top, a bra forming beneath that to hold up her B-cup breasts. Meanwhile, her boxers became a pair of little pink panties that fit snug against her new womanhood. Her shorts grew down to her ankle and tightened considerably. Her sandals then became a cute pair of black tennis shoes.

When she opened her eyes, she saw Lily and grinned considerably, kissing her. Lily kissed back and ran a hand under her mates blouse.

“I want you to be my personal secretary and aide Alexa.”

Alexa nodded. “I’d like that very much my love.”

On her way to the palace, Alexa saw a stray kitten. She picked it up and giggled, hugging it against her chest. “Can I keep it?”

“Of course!” Lily exclaimed.

Alexa then took Lily’s hand and was taken to her new life in the palace.
