Hyrule Castle held many secrets. Hidden chambers beneath the castle were constantly being excavated even before the Calamity, and the crumbling of its walls over the course of one hundred years, if nothing else, did have the benefit of revealing even more secrets. One such secret, a cave leading down into the dark from the castle's lowest floor, had been recently discovered. Her curiosity and pursuit of knowledge always pressing her onward, it was Zelda, the princess of Hyrule herself who made the call to brave the cave's depths.
